There are currently three supported types of slides in Photokeeper. The page slide, which shows you the whole page just like in Page View. The zoomed photo slide, which shows just a photo image. And the formatted photo slide, which displays anchored annotation text with a photo with the page's texture in the background.

Now to access the slide properties, you must go through the properties dialog for the appropriate element. For example, to edit the properties of a page slide, right click on the page background and select Properties, and navigate to the Formatted Slide tab. The same goes for a photo, as shown below.
