DEVELOPMENT UPDATE:

For those of you that have been emailing us about what exactly the new features will be for the next release of Photokeeper, we have some eye candy for you. This new version is still under heavy development and will be available later this year. All the new goodies will of course be available for FREE to registered users, as our policy has always been Free Lifetime Upgrades. For those of you who have not yet purchased a Photokeeper license, keep in mind that the sooner you do, the bigger the savings --- those of you who have been with us since early 2001 know how much less you paid for Photokeeper than everyone else :).

SUPPORT:

Please keep in mind that we do want to make this your absolute best software experience ever! If ever you run into any problems with Photokeeper, we want to know. We do our best to test the software on numerous machines and the various different flavours of Windows. However, it is not always possible to catch ALL possibilities. If you stumble upon any bugs (such as seeing the Failed Assertion Dialog), please do let us know --- we cannot fix anything we don't know about.

WINDOWS TIPS:

How long has it been since you last reinstalled your copy of Windows from scratch? If you find that Windows has degraded in performance, keeps crashing, and behaves strangely, you might be experiencing a phenomenon known as Operating System Decay. Typically a rebuild is required every 1 to 2 years, but this depends on how often you use your computer and how many programs you install / deinstall. Windows 98 tends to degrade much quicker than Windows Xp, for example. Please see the following article for more information:

Again thank you for all the wonderful feedback and suggestions we have been getting. We are confident the next release will knock your socks off. :)

Best of regards,
