Slideshows

Photokeeper’s slideshow feature allows you to create automated full screen presentations of your photo album with a simple click of the Director View button in the Main Toolbar. These slideshows are useful for showing your photo album to friends and family, or presenting a series of photos for more formal events like conventions or lectures. You can even play music while your album is being displayed.

When you create your album, the pages and photos in your album are automatically included in the slideshow for that album. Photokeeper creates the slideshow automatically. When you view the slideshow, the first slide in the slideshow is the first page of your album. The next slides in the slideshow are blown up displays of the photos on the first page. Photos are selected from left to right, then top to bottom. For example if you placed 4 photos on the first page of your album then the slideshow will start with a view of the first page of your album, and then display 4 successive slides of each photo on that page.

A special kind of slide which may be created automatically is called a formatted photo slide. A Formatted Photo Slide is a slide that is automatically generated for a photo which has an Annotation anchored to it. The annotation is included in the slide, and is displayed at the bottom of the slide, below the photo.

To change the properties of all the slides simply hold down the CTRL+A to select all the slides in the slideshow. Altering the properties of any of the selected slides will change the properties for all the selected slides.
