The outlook control is a special control composed of three or four sub-views, or list boxes, each of which displays a list of available Photos, Themes, Styles and Textures. This control displays a list of available Slide Effects, Soundtracks, and Playlists when in Director View. This control only displays one list at a time. To switch to another list, simply click on the Outlook Tab for the list, and the corresponding list will slide into place. To access elements in these lists, simply drag and drop them into the Main Pane (main work area).
