Arrow Tool Popup Menu (in Page View, On Page)

When right clicking in Page View using the Arrow (default) tool, a popup menu is displayed, displaying various actions that are normally found in the Page, and View sub-menus of the Main menu. Please refer to these portions of the document for more information about this popup menu.
